Spring Into Art 2009, Annette Howell Turner Center for the Arts, 527 N. Patterson St. Show opens April 13 and runs through May. The region’s largest, most-inclusive exhibits displayed in all of the arts center’s galleries. More information: Call 247-2787.

Spring Senior Exhibition, VSU Art Gallery, VSU Fine Arts Building, corner of Oak and Brookwood. Graduating art seniors display their works. Opening reception: 2-4 p.m., April 19. Show dates: April 19-May 1.

“Footloose,” Sawyer Theatre, VSU Fine Arts Building, corner of Oak and Brookwood. Valdosta State University Theatre present this live show based on the popular Kevin bacon movie of the 1980s about a town where dancing is outlawed. Showdates: 7:30 p.m., April 16-18; 3 p.m., April 19; 7:30 p.m., April 20-22. More information: Call VSU Box Office, 333-5973.
